I like it here, have had some issues but nothing to gripe about. This is a great location!

I don't think it is bogus, people will be people no matter where you go, do you belive when they first sign that lease they are going to say they are nasty? NO, they are going to be the best future tenants you will meet. Next thing is if they don't respect themselves what do you thing , they are going to respect others? NO. Grownup need to take responsible for they action and do whats right....why should the managers at five oaks keep running after grownups to make them do the right thing...can't they see that they live in a clean and Godly envirnoment and need to take care of it? I an living here now over 2 years and I LOVE it i willsure to be here for a next year to make 3 I take care of my responsibility and I never have a problem with no one. I honestly believe The Management at Five Oaks Bend their backs to help everyone. FOR GOD SAKES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU ALL OWN ACTION AND STOP WANTING OTHERS TO FIX YOU ALL MESS.

This is a bogus response to help improve the low rating of Five Oaks. Five Oaks is filled with people who couldn't care less about cleanliness and respect for their neighbors. The management does NOTHING to make things better.

Miserable-resident, Anonymous you are a complete Liar! It is almost funny how foolish your post and comments are! You are obviously hell-bent on destroying the reputation of Five Oaks! What you say is far from the truth; you need to grow up and get a life! No one is making you stay here or wants a nieghbor like you! everyone I meet at the community events and in my building love it here.
