I live at Lavista Crossing. The neighborhood is going to Hell. The quality of people moving in, has become a serious ISSUE. Too many people moving in that don't have jobs - but drive Super Name Brand Cars. Who do you know drives a Lexus and Benz while living in an apt' Or, a Chevy SUV along with the Cadillac SUV and Lincoln Navigator - while residing in a two bedroom apt' A registered SEX offender was permitted to move in. Lincoln Property Management is out to get your money...take it from me - RUN LIKE HELL IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! Ask questions, what time does the train run through with the damn horn blowing' Try 3am every morning - 7 days a week! Also ask "why are all the long time tenant - 10 years or more resident moving' Also, ask why isn't everyone paying around the same rent' How would you like to have a 3b/2b apt pay $1100 per month while your neighbor with the same size apt pays only $800 or $900' Heck the 2bedrooms are $700 if you are the right skin color. I am leaving - feel free to take my apartment if you must. Kelli is a SNAKE in the grass! Watch out for hissing tongue of lies and more lies. That virtuous smile is nothing more than a carnival horror mask.

For some odd reason crime has drop to zero percent when Kelli took over. The monthly crime reports are no longer handed out to the residents. Mmm makes one wonder who else has gotten rob at the mailbox or car was stolen over night, and it's being kept hush hush. Dekalb Co Police Dept has the records...call them for yourself.
