I am a resident now and is about to move. Let me tell you, this is a place you do not want to live in. Just recently, my apt got broken into, with the lock taken apart, and it happened in daylight. Luckily, i wasnt there. I was out for working. Nothing was stolen, so i guess the person tried to break in whose target may be me'' Ever since i moved in, there was always issues beteween leasing office and me. The problems would be something like i paied the rent to one person and the other ppl didnt know so i got billed twice until they FINALLY found my money. Even worse, i understand most apt would state that if under any condition, their employee can come into your apt without notice. However, the place i have lived in had alwasy been nice and leave me a note to tell me why and when they would have ppl come in to your apt. In this apt, i guess you just have to find your own surprises!! Just about a monthe ago, i had decided to move out, so i called the leasing office to inform them the decision. The lady who happened to pick my phone call are the assistant manager, who orally said "ok, no problem" without telling me that i might need a written notice. Now all she can say was " sorry, maim, i did not remember". I just dont think this is the right way to manage the apt complex. On the top of that, all my neighbors do not feel safe living there. They all installed their 2nd or 3rd locks on the door, or had the security system. This apt is the worst place you would want to live in. Take my advice, living on the buckhead street would be safter than satying in that apt.
