I am reading these bad reviews but I personally absolutely love my apartment home. It's in a great location with a great price for rent! I had a few items that needed attention and maintenance responded in a timely manner. It's the people that don't try to help themselves that are usually unhappy. Sometimes you need to handle the small stuff yourself and leave the big stuff to maintenance. I know this because I am a leasing assistant myself and people who complain about roaches need to clean their home before they start squaking about pest problems. Also, invest less than $20 and buy yourself a plunger,some draino, some pliers and a flathead and philips screwdriver. Life is only as hard as you make. By the way, the entire staff is kind and professional.

hmmm... thanks "staff" for letting people know how you really feel about their issues! "buy the supplies yourself, do it yourself, fix it yourself, shut up and live w/ the roaches"???. well! enough said

I still trying to understand. I read about some folks who lived here for 7 YEARS but had such a problem here and now here is someone who says they have been here since May of last yr it's now August which means they signed a new lease.Mmmm. Go figure. I'm sorry you're having such problems guess I got blessed with one of the better units. If you lived where I work you would really be crying the blues. Appreciate what you have and if you don't like it then you should move somewhere else.

Thanks for the suggestion, thats already in progress. I guess u did get blessed with one of the "good ones" Im pretty sure I work in a far more worse place than u, but thanks for telling me I need to appreciate things. Its always nice to here coming from a stranger. If u lived in that apartment u would understand. How would u feel if you had 11 work orders in 3 mths for the same problems? Its not nice to judge if ur not walking in these shoes. thanks
