The property is absolutely beautiful. It's the most gorgeous apartment property I have seen - or lived in for that matter. Birds, squirrels, and lovely trees abound. That's its only redeeming quality. There's been poor management, vandalism to cars and mailboxes, arson to the leasing office, the gate never works, loud music and bass as people drive through, and there is gang grafitti on the property. Don't ever ask anyone to turn the music down... you'll get cussed out, laughed at, or your property damaged. I don't want to leave, but I don't feel safe or comfortable this space anymore.
