Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I'm sure this isn't the worst place that someone could stay, but it is the worst place that I have stayed. First, my car was vandalized, then my apartment was broken into (my door was kicked down, peices of the frame was laying in the breeze way during the middle of the day - they took everything except the couch and the trash.) Maintenance still haven't fixed my door correctly. Besides this I have a leak in my bathroom ceiling, mold growing on the outside and inside of my windows, and a broken stove. Needless to say I will be breaking my lease. I won't even complain about the noise, besides it is not half as bad as the parking problems.
