The complex itself looks like it was originally built to be among Atlanta's premiere living environments, however the years have not been kind to the facilities. While there is a car wash port on location, it doesn't look like it has been functional in a number of years. The same could be said of the tennis courts and workout facilities. They are there and usable, but the money to properly maintain them doesn't appear to have been there. The apartments temselves are large and well lit with beautiful views from the large bay windows, however the appliances and carpets have seen some years and taken some wear. The gas fireplace was nice, but the tiling around the fireplace is a hideous orange color and cracked on many tiles. Overall, I enjoyed my time in this complex and the people were extremely neighborly and kind.
