I've been here 6 months & it's been called Lakeview Estates since before I got here.

Anyway, what the previous poster from 8/16/06 wrote was true. However, they have enlisted the help of Cook's Pest Control to alleviate the problem, & so far, so good. The exterminators are on site every Thursday so all you have to do is let the office know you need service before Thursday & they will spray.

My building is mostly quiet. The walls are nothing special for blocking out sounds, just the usual. I have had noise problems & simply asked my neighbor to turn it down & they do. So far I have polite, non-nosy neighbors. I haven't had my car broken into or even scratched. Parking is sometimes a problem. But even if you can't park right at your building, you can still park in the same area.

The area this apartment is in is mostly a Mexican/South American immigrant area so a lot of the residents here are spanish-speaking. There are some ------ also but they seem to be in the minority, even more so whites. But hey, if you dig on pretty Mexican girls you'll sure find'em here! (If you're lucky you'll catch Carolina, the property manager in the office when you visit! She's a real cutie!)

All in all for the price & the area it's still an OK place to live.
