Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
I lived here from 2002 to 2006 and i'd seen it all. It started with pretty good management to the down right horrible. I loved the location, the size of the apt. and cleanliness of the grounds but all changed over the years. It went as bad as fleas from tenants pets hitching a ride into your apt. from the hedges. to no parking for actual tenants to gang related break ins (which happened to me but nothing was taken when they realized they had the wrong apt! because of the pictures in my apt.) which cause me to move once my lease was up. I have plenty on stories to tell but all i will say is please, please, please get apartment renters insurance and if possible only sign a 6 month lease!!
