I have lived here at Lakeview Estates for several years now. I have seen many changes and I can definitely say they are for the better. The company that runs this property is a good company. They have very caring people working for them. The ladies in the office are very nice and always willing to listen to you. They help you in any way they can. The guys they have working on their maintenance are great. They are very professional and they get the problem fixed right away. I can ONLY say positive things about the people who work here. They have improved the quality of the apartments and make this a very nice place to live.

Greetings ,
I read your post and have some ? what is the racial composition of the place and is there any crime that goes on there. Is it quiet all around and is it accesible to most work locations? What are the tenants like? And is roaches still a problem. If a person is clean do roaches still come around in that oomplex?

I am actually surprised that someone actually enjoyed living in this property. I lived there 5 months ago and it was absolute hell! The majority of the complex is hispanic w/ a few ------- americans sprinkled here and there. The roaches are unbelievable. I bombed my place twice and that still did not get rid of the bugs. Management hired a new pest control company who came around and sprayed each individual apartment, but that did not work either. I kept raid in the house and in one day I killed about 15 roaches in the bathroom alone. The second night that I lived there I heard gun shots. By far this is the absolute worst place that i have ever stayed and the reason why they keep running the $199 move in special is b/c they can not keep tenants. I do not reccomend this place to anyone and it should be condemned.
