Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
Only a few things to Say
1.) If you live on the top floor, WATCH OUT FOR ROOF LEAKS.
2.) If you have kids in the area, WATCH CLOSELY FOR KEY SCRATCHES ON YOUR CAR.
3.) I was there through 2 management teams, the second is a little shaky but they honestly do put their best efforts into accomodating you. Just hope they don't get any more laxed than they are.
4.) Security Gate' Is that what that is' (It never works)
5.) Don't move in during evening hours unless you want to become close personal friends with officer friendly.
6.) You bring the Bug Spray, we'll leave the light on for ya.
Although I found myself saying the following to company " It Looks better on the inside" In all honestly, the 2.5 years I've lived there have been Exquisite. Considering some of the places I've lived and the people I've lived near, This place has DEFINITELY been the Absolute best. In my opinion the proce was reasonable. 1300 sq ft. 2/br 2/ba for $820/mo. Lots of room for group/family gatherings as well as privacy. I'm gonna miss my pet squirrels when I leave ( sniff ).
