I have concerns about safety. The courtesy officer that works at the apartment complex which is also a dekalb police officer-her own apartment was broken into in September 2008. Can you believe that!!! Now thats scary. I had mega problems with roaches and my apartment is ---- and span all the time. No pest control. A car was stolen once while I was a tenant. The late fees are ridiculus. A $100 late fee then after ten days it goes up an additional $225. Absurb! Maintenance is good and fast. The apartments itself is outdated inside and out. Needs remodeling especially the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Small weight room. Hot washer/dryer area(no air) plus the fees to wash and dry is too much. We used the corner store washateria because it was cheaper and cooler. Staff is nice but don't have much knowledge of anything. Parking is fine. A very quiet place.
