I love the fact that is a small community. Everything is near by.
Also I like that the landscaping is done once or more a week and very well kept. The rent pricing is great I just did another year and my rent stay the same with a carpet clean.. Sorry but I disagree with the other residnets or past residnets. sounds like they where not clean because I have no pest issues..Pest control is in the property every Tuesday (all you that need it) well that is all I have to say!!
