Cheap rent and specials are fine until......it creates the infestation of immigrants who play their music way too loud. Everyone has surround sound and big tv's that play all of the time when you're trying to sleep. You will never find a parking space. The parking lot looks like they've never redone it. The people renting here are parking their work vehicles in all of the spaces. Their are cigarette butts everywhere. The apartments have old appliances in them, they're infested with every kind of roach you can imagine. They have tons of ants that disappear and reappear at will. They have their very own immigrant telemarketers that will knock irritatingly on your door in the evening time when you're trying to relax. They will play their music in their cars in the parking lots all of the time, especially at night. Every holiday you will hear firecrackers and guns going off for weeks. They will have eviction notices on their doors. You will have solicitations all over your doors everyday. They will come into your home without notice and forget to set the alarm back on! The screened in porches screens are raggedy and all kinds of bugs will get into your apartment. And, the apartments stay dark all of the time, until maybe 5 minutes before sunset and then that only lasts for 5 minutes. The office is always closed, they take forever to answer the phone. They will shut off the water for various reasons without letting you know. The rent is extremely cheap at this time, due to heavy turnovers and they are desperate to get them filled. Which means everyone in their Mammy will be able to rent. This is why the community has gone down hill. There are way too many people living in these apartments, which causes overcrowding of parking spaces. The office will do nothing about your complaints, but say they will leave notes on doors, or that the people say they aren't doing what you've complained about. The outside windows of the apartments are dull and never cleaned. Please don't go cheap. The commute is horrible on your car and gas. However, I've heard they've made their way to Alpharetta as well, so don't think higher price means too much!
