I have been a resident for about 4 months and I am not impressed with this complex! If you have kids and children then you may like it because it is filled with them walking around. But it you are single or don't have children then I would go somewhere else to reside.
Alos, once you get settled in they don't care about your situation and don't try to help you resolve it. They just care if you have the rent in on time.

I ditto you concerns and we have only been here for about 45 days and we are moving. There are maintance issues that are yet to be resolved. This place is in my opinion is just a dressed up GHETTO.

They legally have to make repairs. If you look in the GA landlord/tenant laws if you can substantiate needing repairs by having them sign a copy of a letter you type, you basically don't have to pay rent. Go check it out. Many people suffer from these idiots because they do not know the law. It would behoove every renter to review the law in detail.
