I am a new tenant. Management has changed in the short time I have been here. Hopefully for the better. Grounds are very well kept. Maintainence has given quick response to the two issues I have had. I do suggest that you follow closely on your referrals. I have not been paid for a referral due to a management error, no fault of mine. There is no clear policy just a sign offering $350 referral.
