I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR TWO YEARS AND I HAVE BEEN THROUGH 4 PROPERTY MANAGERS. THEY HAVE ALL BEEN FIRED FOR VARIOUS REASON LIKE EMBEZZELMENT AND POOR MANAGEMENT. THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS HORRIBLE, UNLESS YOU ARE A FEMALE. MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE ARE INCOMPENTENT.

I am certain they want to move, why could they spend their hard-earned money on a place where they are not happy.
