I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 5 YEARS AND AT FIRST IT WAS NICE BUT I TOO HAVE BEEN THROUGH MY SHARE OF PROPERTY MENAGEMENT THE GROUNDS ARE KEPT UP AND THE APT IS A NICE SIZE BUT FOR WHAT I PAY IN RENT I WOULD RATHER BE PUTTING TOWARDS A NEW HOME

This place need to be condemed. The plumbing is old and the water is always getting turned off for hours. With in four months of me being here my water has been turned of 3 times, my toliet has pumped out over 160 gallons of water in the master bed room that came into the hall and the living room, they refuse to give me new carpet, a new apartment or even an appology. This the worse place ive lived in im my life. And Carla at the office is very ruid. These people are use to getting away with this. The carpet was roled up wet for 5 days. You could smell the mildew. On top of all of that there was a shoot out in front of my window. Im breaking my lease asap. So they can threaten me with all the fees they won't. My kids won't live like this when im paying.
