Initially, things were nice. After some changes in the staff, everything went downhill. The staff is rude, namely "Jennifer". Management is very incompetent and refuse to communicate with residents. Please do not judge this complex by the outward appearance. It is definitely NOT worth the money they charge and they are constantly looking for reasons to charge you more money.
I do not believe residents at this complex are posting the positive comments. It's probably someone who works there.
