They are very slow when it comes to making repairs and are vindictive to tenants. The apartments have new paint and carpet, nothing else has been replaced. The prompts for their phone line doesn't work, so if you have an emergency you can forget it.
They do not take partial payments, so they claim (if you get on their bad side you can forget it.)They claim to have a state of the art gym it's more like someone who doesn't exercise bought a couple of machines and put it in a storage room so they charge people higher rent. There are hundreds of children, so that limits your time for peace and quiet. There's almost no lighting at all in the laundry center. Broken glass and cigarette butts on the grassy areas.
In conclusion hmm... well it's better then being homeless.
