I've lived in several different apartment communities and I must say this is by far the worst yet. Poor maintenance! If you're renting b/c you don't want the worries of maintenance DO NOT select this community. Maintenance is very poor, as well as management. Management lacks the ability to communicate with it's tenants in a professional manner. I've never experience anything like it. I'm counting the days down to my last day. Good Luck if you decide to give the community a try.
