The management at shannon lake apartments just does not care. I moved in a yr. ago and they have still not fixed my dishwasher-patio door which leads to my bedroom and even though they cleaned the carpet when i moved in the next day when it dried it was still nasty-full of stains. The worst thing about living there is I fd out that a convincted rapist may be living there but hes not on the lease and they wont even ask the person whose on the lease if he is there or not-and I cant break my lease w.o penalty. They just dont care.
