I wish me and my husband would have read these comments before we chose to move in this apartment complex. I must agree for the most part that this apartment is under "poor management". Maintenance is terrible but when you look at the situation from a managment point of view then you will understand it's not maintenance that is the problem but it's management in general. How can you effectively manage a community if you are afraid to voice to others(your workers) what they need to do' So, when you look at what's going on in the community then it says alot about the "manager". I have lived in several different apartment communities and I have to say this is the worst place/management I have ever experience and I am actually planning on breaking my lease to get out. My advice to the new renters is you may want to check whose managing this complex before you start renting.
