I applied to shannon lake in January, paid my application fee, one week later got approved for my apartment, then paid my deposit and water connection fee. Two weeks before it was time for me to move, in the leasing agent tells me he leased my apartmrnt to someone else. Then had the nerve to try and give me a smaller apartment that I did not want. I told the assistant and propery manager about what happened and they were little to no help. Managers and leasing agents here are constantly HIRED and FIRED. I talked to a couple of tenents and in the building I was going to move in one guy told me he had only been living there 5 months and his car got stolen in broad daylight. I would not suggest this apartment complex to anyone, but if you consider it do your research and DONT'T LET THE CHEAP PRICE FOOL YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
