Run don't walk!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
We lived here from 2005 until 2007 and our stay was not good. First of all, there were car break ins like every night. Gun shots. There were huge water bugs (which I am scared to death of) in the apartment because it sits right by the lake. The rent for us for a 3 bedroom was 780 and now it's 9 something. WAY overpriced for small, outdated apartments.
