If you are considering moving to this apartment community, please reconsider. The management is very, very, very, very, poor!! The women in there are a hot mess. Especially a suppose to be manager/leasing consultant named ERICA!! Beware of her, she is so phony and unprofessional. She lies alot and doesn't keep her word. Also the maintenance is very slow. It takes too long to fix anything. They want that rent money but don't give you good customer service. It's not worth it at all. DON"T DO IT!! You will wish you hadn't of did it!!

it's unfortunate that you have had such a horrible experience. It sounds as if you are unhappy..seems as if you should have moved a long time ago. My experience has been good, not perfect. There have been many staff changes and the only person in the office that has stayed has been the person you said to beware of. I have NEVER had a bad experience with her, quite the contrary, she went above and beyond with respect to several concerns I had. If there was something that wasnt being handled, I knew I could go to her manager or contact corporate. No place is perfect and we all have the power to make our community a great one or one that is bad.I feel I am getting a decent apartment for the price...the other options in that are nearby are horrible.

Hot mess is when you put someone on blast on a website and remain anonymous. I like my community. Lived here for a lot longer than you.

I am thinking of moving here but some of the reviews are a little scary. At least I don't see anything about breakins over here. I had a friend that lived here in "06-07" but her apartment was nice just needed updated appliances. I just see complaints about the mananger. Please let me know of any other problems cause I really like this community. Is this a good place for someone with kids

problems at oak hill mold in the apartments, ants, management is the worst. I don't call the office anymore. I call the management company itself. the person that says that this a nice place to live, i guess that georgia is the only place that you have lived at. chip rent isn't everything and i am from california. you pay for what you get thats the sad part.
