PLEASANT EXPERIENCE...

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I lived there for two years and moved out in the Summer of '03.
I can say at times that the management was a bit unreasonable and the occasional broken gate but otherwise - my living experience here was fine. I moved into my apartment when they were brand new and after two years - I still received my security deposit back. This was a great surprise to me. There were a few car break-ins but, other than that I was pleased with the price and the amentities along with the size of the apartment. I would reccommend it if you don't mind living too far south. Complex is nice but the area SUCKS!
