I have lived here for almost two years. I have never heard of any shooting. If I had known that I would have been long gone. Overall the apartment complex is ok. The walls are very thin and I can hear everything from my upstairs neighbors. Don't live in a downstairs apt. The maintenance was very prompt when I first moved in. Now it usually takes them a couple of days. Once I had to call 2/3 times regarding the same problem before they came out and fixed it. There has been several different staff and maintenance since I've moved in. Their level of expertise seems to be adequate. At night it is usually quite and the parking lot is well lit. Overall I would recommend these apartments.
