I lived at Wyndsor Forest from 2003 to 2006. In the beginning it was lovely. However, management changed frequently as well as office personnel. They advertise a gated community but that gate stays broken more than it stays fixed. This allowed tailgaiting and overruns by non-residents trying to get into the community. Trash was allowed to back up in the compactor, even with the money residents paid to keep the trash compacted and the smell down. The quality of the residents changed when the prices were lowered for marketing purposes. Don't forget the black bugs attacking you at night or running in the apartment when you open the door; or the bird feces left after their morning meal of black bugs. Then there is your 5:30 a.m. wake up call by cars warming up in the winter with their radio's blaring hip-hop music, or the speeding through the community with the radio blaring music. Let's not forget the animal lovers walking their dog in the community instead of out toward the empty land at the front of the complex. That makes for a nice smell in the summer months when you open your windows. Want to exercise, well take that thought somewhere else. The facility's machines are broken and the hours of operation are not condusive to those of us who wanted to work-out before 10 a.m.
