My year lease is almost up and I have to say that the stay wasn't so bad. The rent is expensive but the apartment is pretty big. We have never had any problems with maintenance. My only concern is the gate is always broken, the apartments did not to a good job in informing the residents of the 4 break ins in a month's period (which come to find out was one of windsor forest employers breaking into our apartments), we were not notified of the complete change in office staff. The office staff are helpful and are willing to work with you during your circumstances though. Overall, it was ok.

THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY NICE INSIDE HOWEVER I AM VERY IRATE WITH THE STAFF I MOVED OUT IN MAY 2007 AND THEY CHARGED ME $1500.00 TO REPLACE THE CARPET WHEN THEY KNOW THE APARTMENT FLOODED 4 TIMES FROM THE AIR CONDITIONER MALFUNCTIONING. THEY TRIED TO SAY THERE WAS A RED MARK ON THE CARPET AND THERE WAS NOT A RED MARK ON THE CARPET. THEY PUT IT ON MY CREDIT REPORT WITHIN 1 MONTH AND STATED TAKE IT UP WITH THE CREDIT BUREAU WHEN I VISITED THE OFFICE AND STATED I DID NOT AGREE WITH THAT AMOUNT.
