I have bben a resident for far too long due to my hate of moving and love of the convenience to the airport and the highway. I have seen my share of chaos and had more experiences with incompetence since I have resided here. Whoever runs "Harbor Management"-the so called "management" company should be ashamed of themselves. These apartments are paper thin, poorly managed if you can even call it that and WAY overpriced. Do your research on market value before they tell you about their "Move in specials" and expect to be ripped off as soon as the lease is due for renewal and they pull the market value crap. Previous comments were right about the trash overflowing issue, the pool and maintenance. The "amenities" are a joke, the business center had a working printer for the first time in two years the other day, fitness center is basic and laundry facility deteriorating. Please...do more research before you move in and dont fall for the walk through sales pitch..things are not as they appear!

I present live there and totally agree with this review. I am waiting for my lease to end. I was excited when I moved in and yes in a gated community there have been break in's, check with union city police. The property managers change every year, and the front desk rental agents more often than that. I have sent a letter to the owners and got no response. Needs more work and more knowledgeable and professional staff with good customer sevice.
