I've spoken with so many former University Courtyard at Valdosta tenants and they all have not received their refund on their deposits. It's bad enough the place was a dump, but they required 2 months deposit, suppose to return 60 days after(Sept 30). They are giving everyone a run-around and now are telling some people that it's going to be 5 months or longer. That's ridiculous. They are a bunch of thiefs and slumlords!!!

You speak such truth. I feel so sorry for the parents that get taken advantage of by this complex... when all the parents are trying to do is find a safe place to send there babies off to. Warning to the others: choose elsewhere for your child.

You are absolutely right. My daughter moved out on 7/31 and I have yet to see the deposit I put down. I was told that I would receive it within 60 days from her move out. Everytime I call Jessica isn't available to talk and thats only after the staff drill you about what you're calling about. And please someone tell me, what company doesn't have a corporate number???? They only have an email address and you're suppose to receive response back within a day or two. I have yet to receive a response and it's been over a month now. I agree with everyone who says not to send their kid here.

I have just figured out they are owned by Ambling Companies, Inc. They have an office in Valdosta. That number is 229-244-2800. The address is 348 Enterprise Drive. I don't know if this will be of any help or not. They didn't wait 4 months before accepting your deposit or taking your rent, did they?
