One of the better apartment complexes in Warner Robins

First, I have to take offense at the previous poster's comments about the front side of the apartments' tenants, being one myself. I really would say that there is no difference in living, whichever section of the complex you may be in. My unit has a very nice view of the pool area (which is very well landscaped by the way) that cannot be seen from any other buildings besides the ones directly surrounding the pool. I too have seen people grilling on their porches. I don't really know why someone might do such a stupid thing; however, I do not think it has anything to do with living in the front of the complex or in the back, as if there were some kind of variation in the "quality" of the residents between the two areas. And, for the previous poster's information, the rent has been the exact same price ever since the units have been available for rent. I know this because I was the first resident in the complex and when I renewed my lease this year there was no price increase. I really have no complaints about Amber Place. Obviously there are breaches of the community rules, but that is to be expected at any apartment complex and there is really nothing the staff can do about it unless they catch the person in the act or someone complains about them. As far as good things about the apartments, the floor plans are incredibly spacious, especially compared to Atlanta apartments I'm used to. The rent is very reasonable for the space, even if it is Warner Robins. The bathroom wallpaper is quite attractive and the interiors in general are nice. One small complaint I would have is that the water pressure is lower than I prefer, but it is adequate. In conclusion, I'm sure that any area of the complex is just as nice as the other and I would recommend these apartments to anyone who finds themselves needing temporary residence in Warner Robins.
Edit to Post: I noticed that there have been reviews posted since mine complaining about the quality of construction of these apartments. I live in one of the first constructed buildings in the complex and I have not had any of the problems those reviewers are complaining about. My windows do not leak, I don't have nails sticking up under the carpet, and my fridge operates fine. The only thing I can think of is that the quality of construction decreased after demand started going up and the buildings had to be built more quickly. The only new complaint I have that has gotten to be somewhat annoying is the noise in the pool area in the early hours of the morning. The management needs to put a closing time on the pool that is enforced or come up with some other solution. I don't like hearing people laughing and shouting at the pool at 3 a.m.
*updated*
I have moved out of Amber Place since my initial review, which I believe was written after one year of living there. I ended up staying for three years and I have to say that I had a wonderful experience living at Amber Place. After moving to my new apartment I have truly come to appreciate how nice it really was. The spaciousness of the floor plans is unparalleled. I definitely miss the huge bathroom and the super nice porch. The only thing I like better about my new apartment is the gas stove, which is much more ideal for cooking. Other than that, Amber Place wins in every category. I see in the negative comments the most prevalent complaint is about the staff. I had a very pleasant relationship with the staff at Amber Place. I was not looking to be best friends with them, nor did I lord over them with demands and complaints. I paid my rent on time every month and calmly discussed any issues I had with them face to face. This worked out fine and I have absolutely no complaints about the staff and had perfectly amicable dealings with them.
