We've been living here for almost 6 months. At first, we really enjoyed living here, it is a new apartment complex and the staff is really nice..however, we started having issues with our neighbors. Yes, I know this is an apartment and you can hear your neighbors, but ours BLAST their music EXTREMELY LOUD and it goes on all hours of the day. On the weekends it gets worse because they always have parties. We've complained to the staff and they did not want to get involved. So we asked them nicely to turn their music down...things only got worse. We've called the courtesy officer numerous times and nothing has changed. We're in the process of building our house and will be moving out in a few months. We can hardly wait to get out of here. This has been one of the biggest mistake we've ever made. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Also, the apartment was slopped together. At first glance, everything seems really nice with their HUGE tub in the master bath and their crown molding, but that's just to distract you from the many other issues. The paint is falling apart on the doors, the fridge creeks when you open it, there are nails sticking out from under the carpet where the carpet and laminate floor meets and I've stepped on them and gotten injured (all they did to fix it was use a hammer and slammed it down, didn't work very well though, I still avoid that area because you can still feel the nails)...overall a disappointment. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Good luck when you finally move into your new house. I sure hope you won't have to experience anything that is NORMAL whether you live in a house or apartment..GEEZ, some people are just NEVER satisfied. You shouldn't be bad mouthing the condition of the apartments just because you are mad at your neighbors! It sounds like, based on your expectations, you should have a full time maintenance person living in your new home so you are always happy!

I hope you understand that you are going to step on the "nails" in your new house too and the only thing that can be done about it is to hammer them down. Obviously, you have never seen carpet installed. The tack strips are required to hold the carpet and sometimes some of them stick up a little. Get a hammer and feel for the tack strip then hammer all up and down it a couple of times. Press your foot on it and feel all along the tack strip. If you feel anymore, hammer them down and that will fix it. My 10 year old did mine after we built our house. A squeaky refrigerator door is by no means the fault of the property owner or management. They should have a warranty being so new. Ask the manager if you can call in a repair call to the manufacturer.

Your comments are so rude. When you live in an apartment one of the pluses is not having to be the maintanance man. You should not have to hammer anything down yourself. That is why you pay them so much....
