We moved out in May and did not recieve our deposit until September. When we did recieve our deposit they used it all for cleaning! I scrubbed everything before we left because I have rented from other apartments before. They stated that the shower, stove, and toliet was left dirty!!!! We even went out and bought new plates for the stove so I wouldn't have to clean them!!!! I believe the reason they took all of our money is because we called monthly asking to our deposit and they didn't like it! Everytime we talked to the manager he would tell us our depoist was in the mail. They were very rude and were just trying to put us off. Do NOT rent from them if you want to lose your deposit for a CLEAN house.

I had the same problem. The only way I got my deposit back was by contacting the BBB. Then when I did get it back they said they took 3/4 of it for cleaning. I also had a clean apartment. This apartment is managed poorly. If you look at the comments/posts, there were around 4 posted positive within a few day period. I believe it was done by management in order to increase their score. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

Are you all serious? I know this apartment community and no I am not management. How many apartment communities have you lived in? These apartments are absolutely great for the money and a wonderful location. You guys are being a little too critical. There are some people that just can't be pleased. I am sorry that you had problems with getting back part of a deposit that was only $150 to begin with. What a deal! Alot of people's idea of clean, isn't what other people, especially what a company might consider clean. I know my standards require more than just a once over. but I do remember signing a contract that said i would leave the apartment the way it was when I moved in it. I lived there for over a year. I had no problems. in fact I would move ther again if I were to come back to the area.

I had absolutely no problem getting my deposit back in full, and I did not even have to call about it. I'd say it took 2 months to get it back, which was perfectly acceptable to me.

I left my apartment clean and got a check for $200 and didnt have to call or request it. It was actually a surprise and it help with my christmas fund. Mabey we have two different ideas of clean.
