I've lived at Bradford since April, 2007, after having been in two other Warner Robins apartment complexes. I work as a contract engineer with no clear ending date, so I've chosen to rent rather than buy. Over the years, I've stayed in dozens of different apartments and have lots of experience being a tenant. More importantly, though, I'm now a real estate investor and have hired many property managers myself. One thing I've learned is how to spot the few good ones amongst all of the bad.

As a general rule (whether as a tenant or an owner) you normally cannot find truly good management no matter what you pay, but Bradford is the exception to that rule: they are genuinely conscientious here. The complex is beautifully run and it's the only place I've ever lived where everything works right and I can simply relax and enjoy the stay. The buildings are actually of decent construction (for once!) so my utilities are low, the major systems such as A/C, plumbing, electrical, etc. are good, and the grounds are impeccably well kept. The office staff is professional all the way, and the maintenance staff takes care of the property better than any other crew I've ever encountered.

Top to bottom--from how fast shingles get fixed following a wind storm to how well the seams in the carpet match--this place impresses me.
