These are the just about the worst apartments in Warner Robins for the price. As much as I am paying over here I could be paying about $30 more to stay some place way nicer. I am the epitome of a neat freak I clean everyday and vacuum every few days and I have seen roaches crawling from under the cracks in the wall and through the patio door. I called someone out to spray and it took almost two weeks and he was here for all of five minutes. The next day I see roaches crawling around again and had to go out and buy raid and spray the apartment myself. Then the air conditioning broke and the thermostat read 90 degrees I called the front office everyday for three days until finally at 6pm on the fourth day someone finally came when I was on my way out. THEN the toilet in the second bedroom broke and flooded the entire room, the closet, and the front hallway. We called emergency maint. at 10pm and no response, however before that I called when a light bulb went out at 11 and someone called back ten minutes later....which one seems more urgent to you!! And to make matters worse the tenant in my unit who involved with some type of illegal activity and there was an actual stakeout and finally about ten cops came rushing up the stairs and began taking property from the apartment. AND NOW new tenants have moved in and within two days of moving in...(on a thursday night when ppl that actually do things with their lives are trying to get ready for bed)they decide to have a party on the patio which is conveniently under my window at midnight....then they go inside and play the music so loud that it is making my floor vibrate...I place a call to courtesy patrol...no reply...the music continues...I'm starting to wonder if they do background checks around here...I absolutely hate this apartment and wish I had checked around more before moving here. My lease will be up soon and I will be celebrating my release from this hell hole..Avoid this place if possible..the types of tenants moving here are loud and disrespectful. So if you enjoy being around that type of crowd have fun!
