Small complex. Quiet community. We moved here in January, under the renovation special which is half off the first months rent. We are leasing a newly renovated 3 bedroom townhome and we love it! It is 1400 sq. ft, with wood grain floors, wall-to-wall carpet and new appliances. We are impressed with how quickly maintenance requests are handled. The only downer is that there is no curb appeal, and the parking area is in need of repair but we were told that repaving and landscaping were scheduled to be done in the spring. So far so good .....but I'll keep you posted....
