I lived here right before the new owners took over in 2007 and I must say that they have cleaned the place up quite a bit. New parking lot, upgraded units, better maintenance service. I like the community because it is small and quiet and I don't like to live near a whole lot of noise. Also, it is near Walmart and other major shopping areas. The only thing I would take away for is that they don't have lots of amenities like other places such as a pool, or clubhouse but again it's a small community and for what you get it's worth the rent.
