Since the day I have moved in I've had nothing but problems. From plumbing issues, air conditioner maintenance problems and now there isn't a day that goes by where I don't have some sort of bug problem, ranging from seeing a roach, constantly picking up centipedes and killing spiders. This is the first place I've had where there have been so many bug and maintenance problems. The owners say that extermination is included with the rent. So, I was made to believe the units are treated every month, well, that is not the case. I was told my unit was a renovated unit but after moving in and seeing things more closely it is obviously not completely re-done. The insulation is poor, the original windows are still in place and the original kitchen cabinets still in place, just to name a few. I was told before I moved in the windows would be replaced in the middle of this year and now I am told they will not be done till the end of this year possibly not until next year. Till then my electric bill is sky high because all of the energy in my unit is literally going out the windows. I've asked the owners about my electric bill ($225 ) and they basiclly didn't care. The attitude that I was given is that I knew what I was getting when I signed the lease and therefore responsible for the energy costs. I have to say I was given a completely different impression of this complex before I signed my lease.
