I'm not sure about the other reviews, but I enjoy living here, anytime I have had a maintance issue it has been taken care of quikly even when my A/C went out at 2 am the maintance man was there to help. AS for comlaining about noise at a pool thats just crazy there is going to be noise at a pool, thats what its there for.
