Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003

We've lived here for a little over a year and are pretty happy. We have a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment with a pantry/laundry room with W/D hookups. We've had few issues with maintanence - all but one issue has been addressed immediately. Ceiling fans throughout except the third bedroom. Energy bills aren't bad. There are quite a few families here but thanks to a playground and tennis/basketball court in the back of the property, its fairly quiet.
