I live in these apartments, the management staff is horrible. I have lived here for years. Over the past few years, I can not reach management and they do not return my phone calls. My toilet was broken for months because the managers never responded to my messages.

Recently, I have received notes on my door saying I owe more money. I called the office and they did not call back. I stopped in and they told me to call another number. I got the apartment manager, she said she did not know what the charge was for, but she would get back to me. She never did.

This morning, I received a note saying my rent was increased. The note had my rent check stapled to it and said I would be charged late fees if I did not pay the new amount by 10:00 am. I called the office several times, no one returned my calls. I called the parent company that owns my apartment. The parent company said I would get a call from the district manager in the next day or so.
