I have lived here for a couple of years and I also haved lived at two other apartments in Warner Robins (Southland Station & Lexington Place) and let me start off by saying that the downfall and the only thing in common with these apt complexes is the owners of Mid-America Apartment Communities. They should be ashamed of their misleading, lack of quality and unprofessional team of staff. Worst service maintenace I have EVER experinced in my life! I can't believe they even allow staff to live here.....c'mon are you kidding me'! Also I pay almost $700.00 a month for a one bedroom and I endure living with cockroaches in the outside stairways and crawling along handrails and I can't count how many I have encountered while taking a bath....dont even try to imagine that one....it's the worst confrontation EVER. Not to mention how this complex may have lawn thats kept up but thats nice if you're sitting in the parking lot (dont sit in the parking lot b/c sap will be all over your car)... So I move in to find stairwells covered in sap, carpet so cheap it's dirty in a month, nice size garden tub except after 2months they are black from your feet because they are made from cheap plastic not ceramic or anything that might actually last longer than a year. And yes let me tell you how they nickel, dime and penny you......ridiculous....you'll find out AFTER you sign the lease. Anyways I really think this complex wouldnt have half of these complaints if Mid-America didnt nickel and dime their communities so that residents actually felt they were living somewhere that their hard earn dollars they worked for each day were worth paying for their housing arrangements. Oh and I love how all the rules change when the office personnel move out....no pool after 9'''' I am paying $700.00 a month, i live with ---- roaches and sap on my handrails outside and all over my car, a gate I paid $70 for 2 gate keys that have NEVER worked and now I can't freakin get in the pool after 9pm' Yah Mid-America GET WITH THE PROGRAM and treat your residents right.....bad business ethics or lack of any business ethics always comes back in an adverse way and hopefully it does in a HUGE adverse monetary way.

I totally agree with the review above since I am living in the same situation. That's very sad. The pool is extremely dirty. It always fills with dead bugs. The management is very POOR and they charge all kind of fees that they can think of. I will not recommend this apartment at all. Please save your money!
