People who wrote good reviews about Huntington Chase Apartment, they must work for Huntington Chase. The apartment first impression seems very nice, but it does not look nice like the current resident??s thought. Some of the girls in the office are very good with putting on a FAKE SWEET ACTS to trap you. They all are very good professional actresses. I think that they have to because they have to make a living. The gate has worked only 2 days since the day I moved in. They charged $40.00 for the gate??s remote, but the residents always wonder why the gate has not worked. They advertise if the residents refer someone move to Huntington Chase, they will give $200.00. But who wants to sell their friends and relatives to a devil place for $200.00 dollars.

I currently live here and have for five months now. The gate was not working when I first moved in so did not have to purchase remotes at the time. You have a choice between the card and remote. The remote is simply for convenience. Also, you don't pay $40 for the remote. It is just a deposit until you return the remote. You only pay $10 in the end. From my experience, the gate has been working fine since they fixed it a few months ago. You talk about how the staff has to put on an act and that the place is so horrible, it only SEEMS nice.. yet your only complaint is about the remote. I don't understand, why is that such a big deal?

The gate didnt work while we were there either after this reveiw. One morning all those headed off to work and school were stuck in the gates for a good 10- 15 minutes with the gate stuck shut.
