I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The staff is not very helpful at all. They seem polite, but they are all fake!! Safety is an issue here. There was a murder right in front of the complex and the people did not even live here. How did they get inside of a gated community if they're not tenants' The gate never closes, so they make you pay for a key card for nothing. Dont bother asking for maintenance assistance. It takes forever to get to you and they usually make the situation worse. You get hell when its time for you to move out. They try charging you for everything they possibly can. Nothing was new in the apartment when I moved in, but they wanted it new when I moved out (at the expense of me). If you do decide to move in, watch how fast your neighbors move out. I've seen so many people come and go.
