Apts were very spacious. Never had a major maintenance problem, but all problems were attended to quickly.

A few of the neighbors were trashy -- old cars left out, people sitting in them revving engines at all hours.

Some people left their kids toys in the yards. Had some problems with animal droppings not being picked up. Lots of spiders.

But comparatively speaking, this was a good apt, compared to many I've been in.
