When we heard of this complex, we were very excited, because they look smiply beautiful from afar. The beautiful bricking and landscaping really attracted us.

We rented while building a house, and the short lease terms were excellent. They were very willing to work with us to accomodate our needs.

Although the only apartment available was on the third story, we accepted it, because we were running out of options with our house selling so quickly.

The day that we moved in and got settled, we laid down to sleep, and all of a sudden heard this LOUD, OBNOXIOUS screaming man. He was cursing and screaming at the top of his lungs. We talked with the management about it the next day, and they filled us in on how they conveniently forgot to mention that we were moving in above a man who belongs in the psychiatric ward of the hospital. This goes on about every night, and even when management/police are called, nothing is done about it.

The exterior of our apartment is beautiful, although I don't believe that the pest control is kept up as promised. There are roaches, spiders, locusts, and many other creatures running around. Luckily, no mice.

The management office is very friendly, and accomodates us on our needs when we call to get things fixed. We haven't had any major problems, just minor things that are corrected by the time we get home from work the day we call.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare. I do believe that the parking lot we are using was a "last minute" idea. I cannot count how many door dings on my car, because parking is nearly impossible.

I have also found out that the maintenance people, if buddied up to, like to discuss your personal issues with your neighbors. We did not tell anyone in those apartments (because our neighbors are apparently the psych ward of the complex) that we were building a house. We did not talk to anyone in the complex, and one of our crazy neighbors came up to me and asked me how my house was going. The maintenance man had filled him in about the house plans that were hanging on my wall. Either that, or he is a heck of a peeping tom to be able to reach the 3rd floor and peek through my windows.

To sum it up, the apartments are nice. The one bedroom is small, but that's to be expected. The management office is very polite and nice and will accomodate you in most cases. Just make sure to ask them if there's ANYTHING or ANYONE you should know about before moving in. Especially if it's going to keep you up at all hours of the night.
