This complex is the only gated community I have found in town that actually keeps the gates closed. Saftey is very good here. I like that the office is located outside the gates so visitors to the complex never enter the complex unless allowed in at the call in gate. The pool is very big and well maintained. The playground is wonderful. The maintainence is very good and quick. The office almost always gets it taken care of quickly. The surroundings are well kept; very clean. They usually have a monthly activity for the tennantsm even the kids, at the club house. The soundproofing could be better. We hear every move the upstairs people make and everytime somebody in our building shuts the front door, our apt. shakes and it makes a loud noise. The apts. are very beautiful and ours is roomy enough. Pest control is monthly on the dot and we have no problems. Neighbors are friendly and clean. The kids play well together and everyone watches out for them. Nice garages. I just wish the rent was cheaper!!
