I have lived here for four years. I moved here after my divorce and the minute I walked into my spacious 2Bed 2Bath 1350sq ft apartment I knew I had found my home. Some staff changes have been made in that four years and I have always been incredibally happy with the staff. They have always been very nice and very helpful. Several years ago I had a very young tenant move in and there were some issues. The Owner was very understanding and apologetic and within a month the problem (the tenant) was gone. I can't imagine how anyone could complain here. These apartments are built very well with very little to no noise from neighbors. Maintenance is the best I've ever seen. As far as auto dings, well you are always going to have those idiots who don't respect a nice vehicle but there is great parking just park a little bit further from the builing, across the way.(10 extra steps)I have a BMW so I do understand respect for a nice vehicle. I have recently started working for an apartment community as a leasing consultant.(new venture in my life) I am offered discounts where I am employed. About a $200 discount. Forget it I'm not going anywhere. This is my home. Our gym leaves a little something to be desired but it is still very nice and always clean. If you prefer something larger we have a terrific new facilty very near by. I don't mind paying so I joined Kenetics.(Litterally walking distance) Every other amenity is top notch. I would encourage anyone looking for luxery upgrades to at least take a visit to the property and form your own opinion. This has, in my opinion, been a very safe and secure invoronment. I have never once second guessed my decision to make this my home and can't even begin to think about living anywhere else.

You are right about only 2 things...the 2 bedroom apartments are 1350 square feet and the maintenance man is top notch. Everything else you say is questionable. You must live in a very small 'elite' section of Lenox Park. Where I live there is nothing well built about the building. I hear everything my upstairs neighbors say and do. I've had problems with them and have complained numerous times and I get blown off by staff and owner. Never any apologies! I also find it odd that you aren't willing to live in the complex where you are a leasing consultant. Lenox Park rent is seriously over-priced and I can only imagine that where you are working must be pretty bad if the $200 discount isn't enough of an incentive for you to live there. The only place you'll find any 'luxery' at lenox park is on their sign...lol if it was spelled that way on their sign it would be so apropriate. Yes, do go and check this place out and form your own opinion but be warned that they do make a nice first impression- it's not until you've lived there for a couple of months that you really see what a miserable place it really is.
